In Fall 2026, we (Catherine and Missy) are gathering a circle of like-hearted, highly sensitive women at an authentic Tuscan Agriturismo, with a mix of modern and authentic Tuscan style, for a week of inner child healing, play, creativity, sensuality, presence, and deep grounding.

This retreat is for the part of you that longs to slow down, soften, and feel seen.

We’ll explore:

✨ Energy work and somatic practices to regulate and nourish your nervous system

Every guest will enjoy their own private room in this beautiful, authentic Tuscan Agriturismo that mixes modern and authentic Tuscan style. We’ll move slowly, eat delicious nourishing meals, and soak in the magic of Italy — while being held in intentional, transformational community.
